Event ID 12003

I am getting this error once a day:


Error 8004011B-82000387 occurred while processing message <4ac27cc0ff7ca71978e7cda7972f9c8c@

http://www.website.net>

with subject 'SUBJECT GOES HERE' from 'Person sending email'.

I was able to trace it to a user however i do not see anything wrong with his mailbox. the only thing we did recently to his mailbox was add a rule and delete a rule. However I checked his box and everything seems fine. Anyone have any ideas or come across this before?

I read some info from Microsoft but it tells me that this error can occur if you change the location of the database files and delete the folder of the old location. I have not done this. So i am not sure where else to look.
