Event ID:1102 & 1008

I have an NT4 SBS sp6a server.
I'm getting two event errors in my Application log that I can't get rid of.

Event ID:1008
Source: Perflib
The Open Procedure for service "MSExchangeES" in DLL "C:\EXCHSRVR\bin\msesperf.dll" failed. Performance data for this service will not be available. Status code returned is DWORD 0.

Event ID:1011
Source: Perflib
The library file "WSPPERF.DLL" specified for the "WSPSrv" service could not be opened. Performance data for this service will not be available. Status code is data DWORD 0.

This repeats ever few minutes. The same event id and error but the dll file name changes.

Please help.
