Event ID: 1083 ----- Directory Service

I am getting this warning every time our replication starts....we have two DC's and we get this on both. And when it begins we have a few users that always get their accounts locked out...multiple times a day.

I have seen a lot of stuff on the MS site but I was hoping someone could layout some things to check/do in plain English.
