Event ID 1013 and Event ID 1025 every 20 minutes

Hi All I have a windows 2003 server IIS6 running 2GB of Ram a .Net web site accessing another windows 2003 server with SQL2000 on it, I get these warnings every 20 minutes or so, any ideas on what might be casueing it would be good.

I have got CPU enableing on set to 98% 5 Minutes
Worker process must start within 30 Seconds
Worker Process must shuitdown with in 60 Seconds
Max virtual mem is 1000
Max used mem is 600

Any help on this would be very helpfull, the sever keeps on getting service unavailable.

Try running NET HELPMSG 1025 at a command prompt. It should tell you more. If not, try the MS knowledgebase.
