Event Detail (acc07d service failed)

Hi. I am currently getting this message everytime I start up my Winnt 4.0 pc. In the Event Detail menu: this is the message I get.

The ACC07D service failed to start due to the following error: a device attached to the system is not functioning.

first thing to try would be at least installing service pack 5. if you already have this check event viewer to get more information on what device is not loading, once you have this you can download the required driver
