Anyone know what causes the following, any info would be greatly appreciated.

Description:
The error code 32 was returned when trying to remove the spool file C:\EXCHSRVR\imcdata\out\4YVQ0LBY. This file may cause duplicate mail to be sent when the server is restarted.

The only times I have have seen this message has been when the incoming message has had the KAK virus attached to it and the 'On access scanner' has locked the message, So then the IMC is unable to access it to complete processing
