event 3095 the netlogon service could not be started

Hi,
If this PC is NOT a member of the domain, the netlogon service should not be set to start.
If it is in the domain its more than likely some sort of DNS issue causing this. Meaning the PC can't find the domain controller. Check into DNS and if any connection problems exist.
