I've recently upgraded my Exchange 2000 server from Standard to Enterprise.
The upgrade did not go smoothly however I am left with a server that still works, and I get the following event after the Information Store service has started:
"The information store database "First Storage Group\Public Information Store (MyServerName)" has unlimited storage capacity enabled."
Therefore the I assume the upgrade has taken and I now have no database limits.
HOWEVER!
I am still getting the event 1221 logged in the event log stating how much free space there is in the Priv Information Store.
e.g.
"The database "First Storage Group\Private Information Store (MyServerName)" has 1860 megabytes of free space after online defragmentation has terminated. "
Does this mean my Information store will dismount after it reaches 16gb again?
Or is it just letting me know how much "white space" there is in my Priv.edb database before the file starts to need more physical disk space, and grows past 16Gb in size?
