Getting this Waring fairly often and I have noticed that some user accounts are getting locked out...multiple times a day...many times over a month span.

I have read stuff on duplicate objects and have tried the LDP.exe but the instructions I have found on the NET aren't really explaining how to actually look for duplication or problems.

Can anyone help with this?
