Anybody knows how (using some tests or examine some errors through ASA) to determine where is problem when isdn-pri is down, is it CO side, or some definity fault.

thanks in advance

Look under the error codes and alarms. That should put you in the right direction. From what I have seen the error codes explanations are pretty much right on the money.

Don't know about euro, but here in the states most are now terminated at smart jacks that have led indicators on them which can be quite helpfull.

If u test the board(not the trunk)and it fails 138 with no aux data, then u don't have any signal, and that is usually the provider. If u are using 120a integrating converters on the back of your board, then sometimes they go bad due to a faulty capacitor in just a few sent out by the factory. I have never seen any problem with the 120a-1 except these installed bad capacitor problems. If u are not using the 120a-1 then u have a CSU elsewhere, and sometimes they go confused with power problems. If u have a loopback jack installed on your system, and the permissions, u can do a test ds1 loopback.
