does any body now how to set up a Eu 24 module with busy indication how to lable the keys i can setup the extension and see the extension is busy but cannot label the key iam using 4620ip phone

If your EU24 is connected to your 4620 you should be able to label the buttons in the same way as you do on the initial 24 feature buttons...
Options / Scroll right / Feature Button labelling / Relabel Feature Buttons. Then select the button from the EU24 that you wih to relabel.
We use ftp to label buttons but I am yet to try this on a station with an EU24.
