I'm having problems adding a site to the white list. I've added other sites and it worked fine, but for some reason I can't add
I've tried by using IP and the address, but I still can't get to the site because it's on the chat list. If I disable the proxy or uncheck chat in the filter, I can get to it just fine. I don't want to allow access to all chat sites, just MSN Messenger.

How can I allow it to work, or is there a way to edit what sites are on the chat filter?

Thanks

Hey, try these steps:
1)open manager console
2)click on Rules button
3)click on URL Categories Pane
4)click Default URL filtering
5)Add a new policy
6)In the content filtering property, select URL Categories
7)Click on parameters button
8)Select and check all URL categories
9)Click on customize button
10)Click Add button
11)Type in <12)Uncheck msn’s default url category, which is 'chat'
13)Scroll down and check <User Defined 1>
14)Click OK and back to the previous screen
15)Uncheck <User Defined 1> (everything should be checked in the URL categories except <user defined 1>)
16)Click ok a number of times and redistribute the policy.

If you are still having this problem, enable log using the append to file feature which is pretty much avbl in the actions and check the URLs. It's possible that the URL you specified is redirected to another URL which is blocked by the SCM URL filter.
Hope this helps.
