etrust 7 and auto-download

I just installed on our network eTrust antivirus 7 and I noticed the server isn't updating the virus definitions. When I try to manually download them I get the following in the distribution log:

AV distribution program started the download process.
Configuration file: C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\1517DC.tmp
Host enumeration complete
Finished download process unsuccessfully.

In the event log I get a code 135 "The automatic download has run 4 times unsuccessfully. The next attempt will occur at the regularly scheduled download time." and 134 "The automatic signature download was unable to successfully download all the signature files. Will try again in 5 minutes"

Does anyone have any ideas?

Go into services and look for the etrust job server. Go to the properties of this and insert your administrator username and password and then apply. Now try download the signature file.
