I have a new T1 with channels 1-12 connected to a 2600 that connects our corporate office to a remote site with a 2600 on a frame relay over ppp. I have configured subinterfaces on both routers with the dlci numbers and their ip addresses. But I've been unsuccessful in getting the ethernet port on our corporate 2600 up.

Here is a copy of my configuration on that ethernet port:
Ethernet1/0 is up, line protocol is down
Hardware is AmdP2, address is 0050.735c.9ca8 (bia 0050.735c.9ca8)
Internet address is 192.168.32.1/24
MTU 1500 bytes, BW 768 Kbit, DLY 1000 usec,
reliablility 197/255, txload 1/255, rxload 1/255
Encapsulation ARPA, loopback not set
Keepalive set (10 sec)
ARP type: ARPA, ARP Timeout 04:00:00
Last input never, output 00:00:04, output hang never
Last clearing of "show interface" counters never
Queueing strategy: fifo
Output queue 0/40, 0 drops; input queue 0/75, 0 drops
5 minute input rate 0 bits/sec, 0 packets/sec
5 minute output rate 0 bits/sec, 0 packets/sec
0 packets input, 0 bytes, 0 no buffer
Received 0 broadcasts, 0 runts, 0 giants, 0 throttles
0 input errors, 0 CRC, 0 frame, 0 overrun, 0 ignored
0 input packets with dribble condition detected
778 packets output, 105244 bytes, 0 underruns
31 output errors, 0 collisions, 1 interface resets
0 babbles, 0 late collision, 0 deferred
31 lost carrier, 0 no carrier
0 output buffer failures, 0 output buffers swapped out

Thank you for any assistance.

Looks like you don't even have layer connectivity . If you look at your info that you sent you are getting no input from the other end so the interface will never comeup , look for physical issues and things like speed mismatched between your interfaces .
