Etherchannel configuration on 6509

Hoping someone can help:-

I am trying to setup an Etherchannel on a 6509 switch using CATos and not IOS.

From an IOS perspective I have no problem completing this but from a CATos perspective I have no idea how to use the command structure to complete the required Etherchannel setup.
Does the below kind of look right:-

set port channel 3/32-33 655 (set the admin group)
set port channel 3/32-33 mode on (Manually set - no PAgP)

Then just set the other end or is there something wrong with this?

That looks about correct , you don't need to put a admin group , the box will do that for you . Also best practice reccomends using pagp for etherchannel creation so your mode on each end should be set to desirable .
