ESX and Server 2003

I have an ESX server, its on a HP G5, Only 1 Virtual Server, which is Server 2003.

The server run great for 2-3 days after restarting, then the network becomes slower and slower, restarting fixes it. I can't se anything in the 2003 server o/s that would be causing it, would any of you guys/gals know if ESX could be causing it?
