Establish if a time record falls within a Core Period. 1

I am trying to create an IF Statement that will establish if a Date/Time field falls within the core period of between 7:30am and 4:09pm. I am after a "Y" or "N" result.

Something like this should work:

if time({table.datetime}) in time (07,30,00) to time(16,09,00) then "Y" else "N"
