Especify the location from a web.config file

how i can specify the location of a web.config i need to get some values from a file locate in C:\Banca_electronica\Mifel.Gateway\Gateway\WS\web.config

and my other application its in this path C:\Logs i can get values from app.config in te local path , but i need to get some values from the web.config how i can do that any help will be apreciated
