Hello all. I'm connecting an opt 11c to a cisco 2811 router with call manager express. I'm using a TMDI card to a T1 wic card off the router. The connecting is being made using q-sig. The dchannel goes up and all the tie's are reading idle and I can make a phone call using the access codes. But when I use the trunk steering code in the esn programming to make a phone call, I get a broken dial tone and it does not go through. What is the cause of this?

ESN Dialing and broken dialtone

You get STutter tone?? The NCOS is not hi enough for the FRL on the RLI, and there is a MFRL on the RLI that is higher than the FRL on the RLI, so the stutter tone is awaiting an authcode.
