When attempting to create a new virtual directory, the ESM crashes. The symptom only occurs when attempting to create the Virtual Directory for Server B from the ESM console on Server A.

The following event is logged in the Sys Log:

Event Type: Warning
Event Source: W3SVC
Event Category: None
Event ID: 101
Date: 7/7/2003
Time: 11:00:46 AM
User: N/A
Computer: ServerName
Description:
The server was unable to add the virtual root '/CustomerName/CustomerName public folders' for the directory 'M:\customer.company.com\Public Folders\CustomerName' due to the following error: Access is denied. The data is the error code.

I imagine there are no responses to this because there probably isn't anyone else out there creating a virtual directory with the public folders exchange path.
