Esker should be able to provide you with the setup steps. I have completed one of these in the past and ended up obtaining the documentation from Esker.

Thanks, our problem ended up being a problem with Esker Fax coding. There was a value in the line code that was incorrect. We found it by running a Wireshark trace. Thanks for you help
