ESD is used to upgrade MD110 systems.
It loads CNA packages into the MD110, these packages can be obtained through the infochannel.
Upgrading a MD110 is by no means an easy task and each update might have different requirements and requires trained personel in that area,
it is certainly not meant to be used by end users.
We as a Aastra/Mitel reseller never used this software as you have 0% control over the update process with ESD.
My advice: do not use it unless you know what you are doing...
