Hello all --

Easy one for you, I'm sure:

What's the T-SQL escape character, like if I wanna execute this statement:

INSERT INTO tableName (column) VALUES ('paul's corner')

How do I do it?

Thanks -
paul

You don't use an escape character. Just use two single quotes.

INSERT INTO tableName (column) VALUES ('paul''s corner') Terry L. Broadbent
