whenever i open a webpage, or change pages, a separate webpage comes up pointing to an ip address, and i get a page not found error. so i went to tools/internet options/security/restricted sites and restricted the ip address (83.149.105.143). now when i open a webpage, a separate page opens and points to errorsafe.com/pages/scanner..... i have ran hijack this, adaware and spybot, as well as mcafee and haven't been able to remove this browser hijacker. any suggestions?
