Errors in SF V100

Hi Everybody,
I am new user to the forum, Iam getting the following errors in dmesg evryday. I presume Motherboard or processor problem and I am not sure about that, can anybody help me.

Server: SF V 100
O/S : Solaris 8
Help highly appreciated.

Looks more like a RAM module (DIMM 3) problem than a CPU or motherboard problem.

Hi nani3456,

We had almost the same errors a short while ago on a Sun-fire v1280, and as bfitzmai suggests, it turned out to be a memory module. The number of occurences of the errors will probably increase over time. See also /var/adm/messages. If you have a hardware maintenance contract, then call them in.
