Error with Database Dll on Sub Report

Hi. I am currently writing a crystal report in 8.5 which uses 2 sub reports. However when trying to run the report I am getting two error messages:

ODBC error: [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver] Connection is busy with results for another hstmt

Then

Error with Database dll

It happens only for the first sub report which is linked. I have tried unlinking it, changing the links etc. But I am at a loss with what to do.

Any ideas would be gratefully received.
