Error while installing IIS 5 on 2000 professional

I have installed IIS a couple times w/o any problems but it acts so weird this time. I get error popup diaglog like this:
"Setup could not copy one or more files. The specific error code is 0xd. Press OK to continue or Cancel to stop setup and try again. If you continue the components may not function properly"
Does anyone know why and how to solve this?

Hi!

looks like restriction on unregistring components, it is due to some antivirus stop it first and then try.

I have checked and stopped every application but I still get the same error.
