Error when using Access Wizards

Hi,
I'm using Access 2000 and have a problem when trying to use any of the wizards to create forms, tables, reports, etc. Whenever I click on one of them I get an error saying "ActiveX component can't create object." I've tried using the repair function on the office disk, but it still gives the error. I'll try a full reinstall, but I doubt that will solve things.
Does anyone else have any idea about what could be the problem?

Hi

u have to push (press on) the wizard icon (looks like a stick and dots faling from it) to actitate it.

hope tghis is the answer.
