Error when "Publishing" SAP GUI v6.20 on MFXP, fine with Desktop

to all those of greater knowledge :-)
Just installed SAP GUI v6.20 on MFXP farm (according to Citrix's CTX102297 [Installation guide -- SAPGUI 6.20 on MetaFrame]).....
now, the problem is as follows:
When run from Published Desktop no issues whatsoever, but from Published Application I get {Error parsing sapgui command line ' /WorkDir="Y:"'}
I set Y: as SAPWorkDir in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\SAP\SAP Shared as stated in Citrix guide CTX102297
Y: is a drive mapped by usrlogon.cmd for all users logging on.......help???
SAP is "definitely" not my forte, hell I'm still quite sketchy on this Citrix stuff :-)
