Hello all. Please help. We have a backup job that fails at the beginning with a error W3073, user name and password failed. I am new to ARCserve. I keep hearing about logging onto the sys admin part of arcserve, I have no idea where that is located. The job seems to finish ok with out problems, unless I am missing something somewhere. This is for Windows 2003 arcserve version 11.0, we do ryn SQL on the box. Is there somewhere I need to check the password at.

ARCserve Server Admin and reset the ARCserve System Account.
