Error Verifying Config Info

Each time when i reset the cisco 7940 IP phones i am getting this error "Error verifying config info"
But phones are communicating are communicating each other

Can anyone advice whats the reason.
 
I have seen this error when the publisher CCM is down, or the TFTP server cannot be reached. The phones will work fine, because they're registering off their sub, I'd start there, see if TFTP is up and the publisher can be contacted.

Also, check your SQL replication, make sure it's not broken. That can cause that error too.

First of all thanks for your reply. I am new to call manager. Can you please show the steps how to check

PUBLISHER CCM
TFTP SERVER
SQL REPLICATION

I have checked in SERVICES all the services is started.



 
To check SQL replication, you have to log into the server, and open up SQL 2000 Enterprise Manager. Expand the tree next to the name of your publisher CCM, and see if there's a red X or something like that on Replication Monitor. If there is, your SQL replication is broken within the cluster.

To check to see if your services (TFTP) are running, go to CCMAdmin pages -- Application -- CallManager Serviceability. Then go to Tools -- Control Center -- and select the IP address of your publisher CCM, and check to see if the TFTP service is running.
