Error using ontape

When performing a level 0 archive using ontape, we get the following message :- "Assert Failed: ISAM error: An error has occurred during archive back up.

I/O read chunk 17, pagenum 8014, pagecnt 15 --> errno = 5

Any ideas ??

We are using Informix Dynamic Server 2000 Version 9.21.FC2

Do we need to restore and rebuild ?
