I have Nortel Call Pilot installed on two of my citrix servers. It stopped working properly all of a sudden on one of them. When in Outlook (either logged into the terminal server directly as well as through Citrix) I click on a voicemail message in the Call Pilot Inbox, and after about 20 seconds of hour glass, the following alert comes up:
The custom form could not be opened. Outlook will use an outlook form instead. the form required to view this message cannot be displayed. Contact your administrator.
After I hit OK to the message, outlook message window opens, and the voicemail file is there as an attachement, and I can then click on it and the call pilot player comes up and plays the message just fine.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
