error trying to move archive mailboxes

I am trying to move some mailboxes from my main Exchange 2003 server to another archive email server.
If I right click on the account in AD and select move mailbox, I get the error message:
0xc1050000">
The information store could not be opened. The MAPI provider failed. MAPI 1.0 ID no: 8004011d-0289-00000000

After the server has contacted the archive folder.

Does anyone know why this would behappening? The accounts were disabled, but I have enabledd them and made sure they are not hidden from the address list.

Any advice greatly appreciated.

Have managed to find the fix.
Go to Proerties of that user in AD users and computers, the Exchange Advanced tab and give SELF account Associated External Account right.

Then the mailbox can be moved.
