Our error message is connect to media server dialog box
the box has a logon info with administrator password and domain
Underneath a red box on a gear says EXEC services stopped on (Server Name)
When I log in I get Exec services not responding either stopped or not installed
When I go to services button from logon screen I get recofiguration status box with this message:
"Processing services
