Error Starting Program MS09.dll - When computer boots

After the computer is finished booting a Window comes up with MS09.dll as the title and the message reads: Error starting program. I've checked the Microsoft site and saw nothing about MS09.dll

Has anyone ever heard of this error message or what program might be associated with it? Thanks! Larry

Did you upgrade any MS Ofice programs ?

I had a similar problem with outlook and I followed these microsoft instructions and Outlook now works fine.
