Many DN has this message in Mi Collab 6.0,the softphone does not work for outgoing or incoming calls.

Do you know what is the problem?

One thing would be to check the Class of Service for these extensions and make sure both HCI options are set to Yes.

extension data are created by a template created for all users.

We have in the Mitel Border Gateway there is a cluster arrangement and reviewing service minet device does not appear connected.
