Ok figured out the stupid test timeout error... Guess My Carrier doesn't want to go through the test all circuit packs (default), as it times out half way through the testing everytime...
All Memory boards Pass all their Tests
Now The Errors come at,
MSS Passed
Disk Harddrive FAIL
Disk Optical FAIL
I had a spare Optical disk drive and spare Harddrive board. Inserted both spares powered back up and they still FAIL this test
Should I replace the MSS Network board even though it Passed?

Ok Guys I've replaced the MSS board and Disk drive... and All tests are passing now!!!!
So I think I'm ready to boot this SPE-B back up
Could someone help me with steps on that?
sitting at <SPE-B-LOCKED> on the terminal screen
commands are
r - reboot from primary
s - rebbot from secondary
both those commands complain that SPE is locked standby boot aborted
Should I unlock SPE-B and boot from my "secondary" which I'm thinking means the Optical Disk? Which I'll have the Disk from SPE-A installed in it...
Then how should I Write from Optical disk to Harddrive?

Ok well got the Maintenance book for Definity Enterprise comunication server
And Instialization and recovery is just no help
Can't get shadowing to work
Can't get it to refresh
Handshaking is Fine which PDF seems to focus on for some reason.
All bootup tests pass, have a freshly made back up Optical disk in SPE-B from the working SPE-A. Tried booting SPE-B without the harddrive connected and with it connected...
all i end up with it a blinking amber light on the processor card and status SPE

Standby refreshed? no
Standby shadowing off
Standby Handshake: UP
Spontaneous interchange : No
