Error Running Setup /forestprep

When I try to run Setup /forestprep or Setup /domainprep I receive an error that "Setup failed while updating the Active Directory Schema".

I am logging my new proposed E2K server(W2K) onto my W2k server which is running AD. It is logging in as administrator.

Any Ideas?

Conman,
You could try running forestprep on the root DC as it should be the schema master(unless you moved it to another DC).
