Error registering dbgrid32.ocx with XP

Hi all. I sell an application that I wrote in VB5. When my customers tried to install it on an XP machine they got the following messages:

"The application or DLL 'CRYSTL32.ocx' is not a valid Windows image."
"The application or DLL 'DBGRID32.ocx' is not a valid Windows image."
"The application or DLL 'MSRD2X35.DLL' is not a valid Windows image."

I can understand the crystl32.ocx, I have an old version Crystal Reports.
Any ideas on the others?

I am new to programming and would really appreciate any help.
