Error Opening Data file when logging in to a website?

I get this error on one particular computer in my office when trying to log in to a website of a company we deal with.
Error Opening Data Files: Error 39204
Any ideas how to find out what that error means? I've tried dealing with their web master before and they don't seem to know why I get this error. This computer is using IE 6. The error comes after I try logging in.
