Error on w98se update - 0X800B0004

When I go to windows udpate on one of our pc/s, the screen says it is checking for latest version...then it says "windows update software did not update successfully. Below are some suggestions..."

It mentions accepting the trust certificate, checking IE security settings and a few other items. I have checked all these things and still no luck updating windows!!

What can I do?
