Error number -53: During Drill-Through

Hi guys,

I created a PowerCube that has a drill-through to an Impromptu Report. Once I click on drill-through Impromptu is launched and I get prompted with the Catalog user ID and password. Upon entering them I get the error:

DMS-E-YV_SGINOLIB, Unable to locate the gateway 'sydba.DLL'.

I am sure I'm entering the correct user id and password. I've made several attempts already and even rebuilt the cube, the same error occurs.

I'd appreciate your help on this.

I think this is not related to your cube.
Try opening the report directly to the Impromptu. Or simply open the catalogue in Impromptu , to confirm that it s able to find the database.
I guess you are missing your database connector or definition in Impromptu.

Already tried this. The catalog opens ok and so does the catalog. This error happens when drilling through from my cube.

Which Impromptu version are you running ??
