Error: not implemented

I am trying toi create a series of dynamic select boxes but when i try to add a record the options array i get "ERROR: not implemented" Here is the code any ideas

try changing

document.reportbuilder.SelStates.options(1) = new Option("state", "value " + state)

to

document.reportbuilder.SelStates.options[1] = new Option("state", "value " + state)

if you want only one to be displayed in SelStates and change it to

document.reportbuilder.SelStates.options[document.reportbuilder.SelStates.options.length] = new Option("state", "value " + state)

it you want all that you pick in the first to be displayed in SelStates
