When trying to add a SIP extension into our Avaya System Manager I get that error. I use to not get that error with the range I am trying to use. Now I am. When I first set the extension range up everything worked with no issues. Now I get that error. We only use SM for our SIP stations. I can add H.323 extensions in the system with no issues.
Any thoughts I have looked on the Internet until I am ready to beat my head on my desk. Why would this have worked at first then break all of a sudden.
In my dialplan I have a 7 (ext) 4 (length ) ext (code)
Is the 7 my issue for my 7300 - 7499 range? I wouldn't think it would be.
Some of my dialplan is broke down like 70 71 72 ext.. but the "7" single digit is not causing my errors here are they?
