Error Messages

Is there anyone out ther who could tell me why I've started to get the following error messages, and how to correct the problem, when I look in my event viewer in the control panel.
Messages read: Error 7003 and Error 7023 both are in the Service Control Manager.
This means nothing to me but if anyone could advise me it would be greatly apprieciated. Thanks

Take any Q numbers supplied and search the Microsoft Knowledge Base.

Check your services to see if RPC is started.


EVENT ID 7003:
This error message occurs when the RPC Configuration service is not installed or is disabled. Several services, such as DHCP and Windows Internet Name Service (WINS), rely on this service. If the RPC configuration service is removed they fail with the Event ID 7003 error message.
