After a programmed flash download, one telephone set, M3902, still shows download screen. It reported an error TBUG631. Anyone know what this error code means? I can't find in any documentation that I have.

the on board eprom has went south.. i haven't found a way to clear one. it looks like the old firmware will not erase.. i had it happen and had to replace the set
