Error message "server is busy, your operation cannot be finished,"

Hello,
when I save an office file into local windows2000 file server, or forward a mail with Outlook,Error message "server is busy, your operation cannot be finished,Please click 'switch to' to cancel the operation and retry" sth like that. Then the user cannot even close this error message and that office-application.
We are using a PC in LAN, server is a Windows2000 server.

Not every time this error message occur, sometimes it happens. And this problem has been found only in one PC-station.
