Error Message need help

Hi

I`m trying to install a third-party control. During
the install I recieve this error...see the url below.
I have no idea as to the meaning of the error.

Ask the manufacturer of the component. One would hope they have a support department.

I`ve emailed this pinhead before and he never answers
for tech support issues.
