Error message 1355 in event viewer

Hi !

I have strange message in event viewer of my W2000 server,where my SQL 2000 server is running.

Event Type: Warning
Event Source: MSSQLServer
Event Category: (8)
Event ID: 19011
Date: 4/13/2004
Time: 7:30:24 AM
User: N/A
Computer: xxxxxxx
Description:
SuperSocket info: (SpnRegister) : Error 1355.

Can someone tell me what does it mean?I searched technet DB,but could not find a thing about it !

SQL Server service needs permissions to exclusively use the TCP/IP ports. The problem could be that the SQL Server service account is not a member of the local administrators group on the computer.
